Extensive civil engineering at Plumstead Depot were to enable the servicing and maintenance of new trains on the Crossrail Elizabeth Line. The works included deep drainage, extensive contaminated dig, foundations, roads construction and urban realm works.

The project was managed with a phased handover of the site to accommodate the construction and fit out of the main Crossrail tunnels. Close collaboration between all parties ensured the project was delivered successfully to the satisfaction of the client.
