The refurbishment of a vacant property to create a high quality two bedroom mews house.

The works included the renewal of the external windows and doors and an entire new roof structure and conservation rooflights. The internal remodelling included the introduction of structural steelwork supports throughout.

A new staircase framed in hardwood with glazed balustrades was formed and the refurbishment introduced a bespoke kitchen and 2 en-suite facilities with high quality sanitaryware fittings and extensive timber flooring and stonework finishes throughout.

A heat recovery unit was installed to aid internal ambient comfort and an internal lightwell created from the roof level to create internal light to the rear of the ground oor.
