Supply Chain Management

Being part of a Supply Chain
Managing small or large scale projects, where multiple contractors and trades either work together or under varying programme dates, presents many challenges for Project Managers. Often, working as sub-contractors, we know progress can be influenced by third parties and so take a flexible, non-adversarial approach to ‘getting the job done’ in a safe and professional manner.

Supply Chain Management
Delivering projects on-time demands detailed planning and close supply chain management. J Coffey Directors and Project Managers, along with Site Administrators, have built up longstanding relationships and mutual understanding with specialist contractors and material suppliers, who we rely upon to help us streamline our delivery to support our high standards of quality.

J Coffey currently holds ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. Non ISO accreditations include RISQS (Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme), Achilles Building Confidence Certificate of Confidence, FORS Bronze, Silver & Gold, RoSPA, CHAS, Safecontractor, and Constructionline (PAS 91 Compliant).
